In handling every project, we take special care to ensure the right combination of human and technical resources.
Before each project is started, we analyse it in order to create the optimum team of translators, editors, project manager and DTP staff (if required). Translations are only ever completed by translators with at least 3 years' experience in translation and a relevant university degree. All translators have to pass a very strict selection process before beginning to work with us and are also regularly assessed on their ongoing performance.
Projects are also analysed in order to determine the optimum technical arrangement, in particular the applicability and choice of translation memory tool. We have experience in a range of different translation memory tools, especially Trados, SDLX and Transit.
